Merlyn is easy to use. If the Guide you want to talk to is available, their call button will appear green. Click on it and confirm to start a call. Once you are done, hit the end call button to stop the timer, process your payment, and leave a review. If you had an exceptional experience, you can also leave a tip for your Guide!
If the Guide is unavailable, click on their profile and follow them to be notified when they are next available.
